SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

At LIVLY, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and efficient. We deliver worldwide—simply enter your preferred delivery address at checkout.

Orders are usually shipped from our warehouse within 1–3 days after processing. Personalized items (such as embroidery) are shipped within 2–4 days. During holidays and sale periods, processing may take up to 6 business days.
If your order has not arrived within 9 days, please contact us at info@livlyclothing.com.

If a delivery is not collected or cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us and a €100 fee will be charged for additional shipping.

You can track your order via your LIVLY account or through the tracking link in your confirmation email.

• EU: from €12. Free shipping over €200 (Express available at higher cost)
• Norway: 299 NOK. Free shipping over 2400 NOK (Express available)
•  United Kingdom: £14. Free shipping over £222
• Rest of world: from €15. Free shipping over €250
