RETURN & REPLACEMENTS

LIVLYs Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with your LIVLY garment(s), you may send it back to us for an refund. All items must be unworn, untarnished and unwashed with original tags and packaging intact. Swimwear must also have the plastic seal at the crotch still attached. Please note that we don't offer exchanges. All returns should be sent pre-paid; we do not accept COD's.
Please note: No returns or exchange on Personal embroidery, bows, hairband or gift wrapping.
 
If you want to return your items we will take out an extra fee:
Within EU: €17 (see exclusions below)
Denmark: 120 DKK
Schweiz: 31 CHF
United Kingdom: 24 GBP
Norway: 290 NOK
Poland: 50 PLN
 

Extended exchange policy for Christmas gifts on purchase made from November 24th - January 11th. 
You have 14 days from the day of purchase to return your items for a full refund (minus shipping cost + return cost).
 
If you want to return items after the 14 days but before 30 days you have to email our customer support info@livlyclothing.com to get a return label. We will give you store credit for the returned items (minus shipping + return cost).
 
LIVLY is not responsible for returns that have not returned to our warehouse. Please save your shipment ID so that you can track the item all the way to our warehouse.

Once your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email from us with a QR-code or return label. Pack the products in its original packaging and use our return label on the package.

Claims:
LIVLY will do everything to deliver items to you, in an excellent condition. If you receive a damaged item, please fill out the form above and choose 'claim' and attach a picture of the damaged product and explain the problem. 
 
Uncollected package:
If you do not collect your package from the pickup point within the specified time, it will be sent back to us and a fee of €20 will be added to your payment.
