Orders placed on our US website will be shipped from our warehouse in Miami.

Free shipping on all orders over 799 SEK.
Standard shipping cost within EU: €20. (Express delivery is available for a higher fee)

Returns
If you got the wrong item, please contact us at info@livlyclothing.com or call us at (+46) 8 611 11 80 (click option number one) during regular business hours 9am to 5pm
Once the item is returned and received. We will send a refund confirmation email that same day. It may take 3-5 business days for it to appear in your account.
LIVLY will do everything to deliver the right items to you, in an excellent condition. If you receive an item you are not happy with, please contact us, and we will help you.
Security
Absolutely. LIVLY will only use your personal email to inform you of the latest offers and invitations to the most exclusive events. LIVLY has no access to your bank information.
Our partner offers the highest possible security through Encryption, SSL, MD5, with others, when paying with credit cards. They won't save your credit card number since the biggest risk online is that your card number will be saved and handed out to companies who will use it in other ways. Instead, our partner makes a cryptic “finger print” which can never be used to recreate your credit card number. This is why you can safely and securely shop with us.

Pima Cotton is rightfully known as the softest cotton in the world. It is ideal for children and adults suffering from allergies and sensitive skin. The outstanding quality of the Peruvian Pima Cotton makes our clothes grow softer with time; making your garments last.
Almost all of our Baby and Layette Collection is manufactured from Pima Cotton. You will notice several of our products will say100% Pima Cottonin their description, and those that don’t are still made with high quality fabrics and blends.
All LIVLY products are new and unworn.

Orders and payments
LIVLY accepts all major credit cards as well as PayPal.
Online processing can take up to 3 business days. We kindly ask that you allow 3-7 business days from the date of purchase for your order to arrive. During SALE, please allow up to 6 days for your order to process.
The discount code you receive when signing up to our newsletter is only valid on full-priced items, and is not valid on sale or in combination with other discounts. Please make sure you have added products on full price to the cart. If the code is still not working, please contact customer service.
